Kicking Caffeine Out

If you are like me and started dosing on caffeine (a legal stimulant for the CNS)... that can cause disorders in your brain and stomach... it's high time you stopped... I donated the 2 crates of Red Bull Energy Drink - given to me, for a house party of another friend. Stop laughing :))


Don't wreck your health at the cost of caffeine... it's not harmless... it's not nirvana, it's all bullshit...

Tea, Coffee, Chocolate and Coca Cola/Mountain Dew/Sprite have caffeine present in varying proportions... Consumed rightly (once or twice - with light flavour) caffeine has medicinal value... Consumed badly (like I did a while back and until now - today, yes :( ) it can effectively kill you.

In very simple words make time for your physical, emotional and mental needs instead of over dosing on caffeine. Adequate sleep and physical activity is required. Substitute caffeinated drinks with Water and a hint of lemon. Say "NO" to Cola/Carbonated beverages. Don't think that busy is always fun... being always on the run and busy "might" be projected as cool. In reality you will lose touch with your natural stimuli and natural self. Partially the media and the advertising houses have to be blamed for this facade.

In the process you will not enjoy being stress free, careless and relaxed. You must learn to make healthy choices. Make healthy choices when you are with your family, friends and peers. Tell them the good and bad effects of caffeine. Tell them to stay away or reduce their consumption. Be a leader, not a follower... because girls like leaders ;))
